Job Description
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Content Creation:
Produce visually appealing and informative content, including photos, videos, and written materials, highlighting the distinctive features of hotels, bars, and food and beverage offerings.
Edit and enhance multimedia content to maintain brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Brand Representation:
Ensure consistent representation of the brand’s identity and values across all marketing and content materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and convey the unique selling points of each hospitality offering.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the hospitality industry.
Strong proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of hotel operations, bar management, and food and beverage trends is a plus.
