Job Description

At Wangai Management, we owe our success in managing our clients’ businesses to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are seeking experienced operations managers to oversee daily activities in our clients’ companies where they will be designated.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in leadership, human resources, finance, and operations management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and supervise the production or manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
  • Manage the organization’s operational budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and also oversee warehouse efficiency to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate potential risks.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability.
  • Compile and present HR and operational reports according to the set schedule.
  • Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including onboarding, creating learning and development initiatives, and offboarding.
  • Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦90,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month

Experience:

  • Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lagos: Relocate before starting work (Required)
