U-Connect, an established events and construction company, is looking for a talented HR/Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage HR processes, oversee administrative duties, facilitate employee relations, coordinate training programs, assist with payroll, ensure compliance, and provide overall support to the organization.
Requirements: Candidates should possess proven experience in HR/Admin roles, a solid understanding of HR practices, strong organizational abilities, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in MS Office, and a degree in any field. A minimum of 1 year of HR/Admin experience is required.
Salary: ₦120,00 during the 3-month probation period, increasing to ₦150,00 upon confirmation.
