Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Marketer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services over the phone, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present our products/services
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Build and maintain customer databases by accurately recording customer information
- Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new strategies for sales growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve sales goals
