Bakery Solutions Nigeria Limited, a premier leader in the baking industry with over a decade of experience in producing a variety of delicious breads, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assist in recruiting qualified personnel.
- Support the cultivation of a motivated and disciplined workforce.
- Conduct quarterly and annual employee evaluations.
- Schedule interviews and manage employee relations in compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare payroll and review job descriptions as needed.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification is mandatory.
