Job Description
Tulips n Lilies Confectionery is looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Managing Director in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing the director’s calendar, drafting professional correspondence, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. The successful candidate will possess significant experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and exceptional organizational skills.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, exhibit confidentiality, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. A background or interest in the food, hospitality, or bakery sectors will be considered an advantage.
