Key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, overseeing inventory management, and minimizing food waste while ensuring compliance with health regulations. Applicants should have a culinary school diploma, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, and strong expertise in both Nigerian and continental cuisines.
