Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring its optimal operation and financial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively market and lease available properties to minimize vacancy rates.
- Screen and select qualified tenants, and negotiate lease agreements.
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage any delinquencies or disputes.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, and supervise vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections and enforce adherence to property rules and regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments, and recommend property investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management, a solid understanding of local property laws and regulations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
