Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and verify invoices against purchase orders.
• Ensure timely execution of payments via bank transfers or checks.
• Maintain comprehensive vendor records and promptly address inquiries.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
• Uphold financial controls and compliance with company policies.
• Assist managers with additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor’s Degree, along with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
