Job Description
Position Overview: As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Opera Micros software, possess a background in hospitality, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize Opera Micros software for front office and accounting tasks
- Perform financial transactions, including posting charges to guest accounts and handling cash transactions
- Audit and reconcile food and beverage sector transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and concerns
- Generate and distribute reports to management as required
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is essential
- Expertise with Opera Micros software is mandatory
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems is a plus

Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
