Job Description
HR Hub.Ng is looking for a strategic and people-oriented Head of People & Culture to join our team in Lagos. This pivotal role involves leading HR operations, fostering talent development, and implementing culture initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership team to enhance employee engagement and ensure our people strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities encompass overseeing recruitment processes, driving performance management initiatives, facilitating talent development, optimizing HR systems, and providing guidance to managers.
Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years in HR leadership, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, and exceptional leadership capabilities. A professional HR certification is highly preferred.
