Job Description
Kennedia Consulting Limited is looking for a committed and professional Contact Centre Agent to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a streamlined customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions efficiently.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Completion of NYSC mandatory.
- Fluency in Hausa is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
