Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to become an integral part of our organization, contributing significantly to our people strategy and workplace culture. In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting the development of HR policies, addressing employee relations, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, and outstanding communication skills.
