Job Description
Are you a strategic HR partner with a strong operational background? 8thGear Hub & Venture Studio is in search of a Senior HR & Admin Analyst to seamlessly integrate HR functions—such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational culture—with adept administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of hiring and onboarding processes.
- Facilitate employee performance appraisals and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the PMO Unit on talent placements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and operational regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR and administrative experience, ideally in startup environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor law.
