Job Description

Brands Optimal Limited is on the lookout for a skilled HR & Administrative Officer to enhance our dynamic team. This pivotal role will involve supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process such as job postings and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Promote initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and necessary documentation.

Requirements:
