Job Description
Spurt Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Human Resource Officer in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, with an easy application process.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have at least 2 years of entry-level HR experience. Key responsibilities include formalizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing performance evaluations, spearheading recruitment efforts, and maintaining employee records.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a proven ability to enhance team structure and morale, and must be available for in-person work 2-3 days per week. Experience supporting hourly-wage employees is preferred.
