Job Description

Health Functions Nig Limited is a competent health management, consultancy procurement of pharmaceutical drugs, medical / laboratory equipment and consumables.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Secretary / Admin Assistant to join our team in Lagos.

Responsibilities:

  • Speak clearly and maintain a positive tone.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  • Handle office communication and correspondence with clients and stakeholders as directed.
  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
  • Greet clients and create a positive office atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • This position is open to both male and female candidates.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Must be smart and proactive.
  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND.
  • Must have computer knowledge.
  • Applicant should be able to multi-task and have good time management skills.
  • Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
  • Experience Level: Mid-level.
