EE Wellness Hub is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This critical role is focused on providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments and inquiries, and ensuring efficient daily operations within the reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly and professionally greet clients.
• Efficiently manage check-ins, bookings, and registrations.
• Promptly respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of client information.
• Provide clear information about our services and gym policies.
• Address minor complaints and elevate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Resident of Alakija/Satellite Town, Lagos State.
• High School Diploma is required; additional certifications are an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
