Soft Intelligent Machines, a dynamic technology solutions provider, is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Human Resources Manager based in Lagos, offering some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional key responsibilities include the development of HR policies and the management of employee benefits to cultivate a positive workplace culture.

We are seeking candidates with strong recruitment and employee retention skills, conflict resolution experience, and a solid understanding of labor laws. Excellent communication abilities are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
