Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Field Community Trainer to join our team. As a Field Community Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and workshops to individuals and communities in various locations.
Your main duties will include assessing training needs, developing training materials, and conducting training sessions. You will work closely with community leaders, organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in community development and training facilitation.
