Job Description
Quintevo Nigeria Limited is in search of a dedicated and seasoned Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Team Lead to oversee IT support operations for a prestigious Tier 1 oil and gas company in Nigeria. The successful candidate will lead a team of service desk agents, ensuring the effective resolution of support tickets while promoting continuous service delivery improvements.
Responsibilities: You will lead the helpdesk team, serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues, monitor ticket queues, track performance metrics, and provide coaching and development for team members.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Microsoft certifications, a minimum of 5 years of support experience, and a strong focus on customer service are essential.
