Job Description
Allpro Technologies, a fintech startup focused on enhancing the flow of finance and data in the educational sector, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
In this role, you will support the recruitment process, maintain employee records, enforce HR policies, address inquiries, and organize company events. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector. Proficiency in HRIS systems and knowledge of employment laws are essential. Proximity to Chevron is considered an advantage.
