Job Description
SOLEVO Group, a premier distributor of chemicals and inputs for the industrial and agricultural sectors across Africa, is searching for a skilled Research & Development Manager for Printing Ink to join our Lagos team. This position focuses on developing and optimizing ink formulations for flexographic and gravure printing processes. The successful candidate will lead new product development initiatives while ensuring quality consistency through comprehensive laboratory testing.
The ideal applicant should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline, coupled with over 15 years of experience in printing ink formulation. A robust technical understanding of resins, pigments, and solvents is crucial. Familiarity with sustainable formulation practices will be considered a plus.
