Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics (Import) Manager to join our team. As a Logistics (Import) Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the import process, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and materials.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight arrangements.
- Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth and efficient import of goods.
- Monitoring and optimizing import costs to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Managing import schedules and coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with all import regulations and maintaining accurate import records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and import management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for successful collaboration with various stakeholders.
