Job Description
DO-II Designs is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to offer exceptional administrative support to our Managing Director (MD). This pivotal role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations within the Sales, Marketing, and Projects department.
Key duties involve managing the MD’s calendar, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and serving as a liaison between the MD and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 per month.
