Job Description
Oconsulting Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Experience (CX) Leader to elevate user satisfaction and drive operational excellence in high-traffic mobility corridors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily CX operations, analyze user data to pinpoint challenges, mentor the CX team, and prepare essential reports to shape growth strategies. Establishing trust with both our riders and drivers will be crucial to your success.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in CX, a proven record of enhancing customer retention, strong analytical capabilities, and expertise in utilizing CX tools effectively.
