Standard Bank is looking for a proactive Team Lead to oversee a team of Business Bankers serving tier 2 customers in Kura, Kaduna Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise banking clients, managing ongoing relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and effectively cross-selling our diverse range of products. The ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of experience in commercial and business banking, demonstrating a robust background in sales and customer management.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
