Job Description
Oconsulting Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to ensure the effective management of residential and commercial properties in Ebute-Metta, Lagos. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to facility management.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily property operations, maintain vendor relationships, and address tenant concerns. Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, while maintaining accurate records of expenses and service schedules.
Requirements: Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in property or facility management, have a strong understanding of building systems, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Lagos property management practices is an advantage.
