The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of HR or Administrative experience, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: The role entails managing HR functions, overseeing recruitment, fostering employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of Nigerian Labor Laws and exhibit excellent communication skills in English.
