Job Description
Promzimedia is actively seeking a driven and organized Business Operations Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including emails, scheduling, and documentation.
- Improve company processes and implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgets and expenditures to maintain financial stability with straightforward reporting.
- Assist the CEO in project planning and coordination.
- Lead HR functions, encompassing recruitment and team engagement initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate meetings and deliver timely updates.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office.
