Job Description

This hybrid contract role requires collaboration with management to improve workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development strategies.
Key responsibilities include aiding in performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing HR guidance to managers and employees. Ideal candidates will possess a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary of N100,00 and requires on-site presence two days a week.
