Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and engage with customers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Reply to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Assist in developing social media content and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and resolve complaints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and monitor competitor’s social media strategies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in social media management and customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
