Job Description
Bourdillon Breakfast & Fries in Abuja is looking for a dedicated and talented Line Cook / Sous Chef to strengthen our dynamic kitchen team. This position requires assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while upholding our high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present meals following Bourdillon’s recipes.
- Supervise kitchen staff while ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in training new kitchen personnel.
- Guarantee timely meal service, even during peak hours.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
