Job Description
HR And Its People is looking for a dedicated Customer Care / Sales Representative to join our onsite team. This role requires a motivated individual who will represent our brand with enthusiasm and proficiency, addressing inquiries and converting them into sales both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Provide detailed payment information, confirm transactions, and accurately document order details.
- Follow up on deliveries and gather valuable customer feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain strong online customer relationships.
- Support basic marketing initiatives and daily customer engagement efforts.
