CEO’s Mart is looking for a committed Supermarket Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will lead a team, implement effective business strategies, and enhance the customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include: supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, executing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Qualified applicants should have strong leadership capabilities and prior experience in retail operations.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for a degree in Retail Management. Candidates should possess retail experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management.
