Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Gender Manager to spearhead our efforts in advancing gender equality within the organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement targeted strategies that ensure all programs and policies foster gender inclusivity.
The Gender Manager will conduct assessments to identify gender-related challenges and opportunities, provide gender sensitivity training for staff, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of gender considerations in their operations.
Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, analytical expertise, and a background in gender studies or a related field. Previous experience in gender-focused roles will be an advantage.
