Position: Junior Chemist

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry
Experience: 1-2 years (Fresh graduates with relevant coursework may also be considered)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform routine analysis of cosmetic, cream, and detergent formulations to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and address quality issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, procedures, and quality assurance records.
- Assist in the evaluation of new raw materials and suppliers for quality and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cosmetic and detergent manufacturing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with cosmetic and detergent production processes is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
