Job Description
Bedrock Residencies is excited to invite a polished and service-oriented Waitron to enhance our hospitality team in Lagos. In this entry-level role, you will deliver outstanding guest service in a relaxed lounge atmosphere, ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and receive timely service. We require candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality or lounge setting.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, accurately take food and beverage orders, engage in upselling, maintain cleanliness, and professionally address any guest complaints.
Qualifications: At least a High School diploma (S.S.C.E), exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a neat appearance are essential.
