Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor app orders and prepare products for delivery
- Ensure timely dispatch with logistics partners
- Manage returns, replacements, and tracking updates
- Collaborate with the inventory and customer service teams
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in technology and proactive in seeking solutions
Compensation: Starting at ₦200,00.00 per month
