Job Description
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field Marketing, Mass communication, Fine Arts, etc. Possession of a Master’s in Business Administration would be an added advantage;
2. Excellent Project Management skills and certification is desired;
3. At least five (5) years of related experience in a Senior manager position;
4. Proven experience in technical leadership roles within the marketing and media industry;
5. Strong background in end-to-end supervision of TV and events production within the media and communications industry:
6. Demonstrated success in implementing innovative technologies to enhance technical capabilities;
7. Computer proficiency and familiarity with industry-specific software;
8. Ability to build, lead, and motivate a team to generate desired results;
9. A growth mindset, an eye for details, and an excellent work ethic; and
10. Exceptional entrepreneurial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
