Location: Lekki, Lagos | Work Mode: Hybrid

Terawork is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to foster client relationships (60%) and spearhead new business initiatives (40%). Key responsibilities include sustaining long-term client connections, executing upsell strategies, addressing client concerns, and performing market research.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required, alongside 2-4 years of experience in key account management. Experience in HRTech or recruitment is essential.
