Job Description
At Unshelled Consultancy, we are dedicated to offering credible alternatives to traditional banking. We are currently inviting enthusiastic applicants for the position of Call Agent Executive (Nurturer) for a one-month contract.
As a Nurturer, you will play a crucial role in reactivating inactive accounts from the comfort of your home. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for cross-selling products across diverse customer categories.
Applicants must have a Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent, be fluent in English and either Pidgin or Hausa, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
