This full-time position, located in Lagos, is essential for managing our human resources functions and providing crucial administrative support. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records, assist with payroll and performance management, ensure adherence to labor laws, manage office administration tasks, and facilitate staff training and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
