Pukena, a premier provider of exceptional driver and domestic staff outsourcing in Nigeria, is excited to announce an opening for a Recruitment Officer in our Lagos (Island) office. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about connecting talented professionals with rewarding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit qualified drivers and domestic staff.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Align client job requirements with the most suitable candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain the highest recruitment standards for our esteemed clients.
Work Schedule: 3 days a week onsite with hybrid flexibility.
Salary: ₦100,00 monthly, with a review after 3 months.
