Are you a motivated and personable individual with a passion for real estate? Oneland Africa Limited is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Conduct property tours and provide information on market conditions.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and property values.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Utilize online and offline channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Build and expand a network of real estate contacts, including other agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal processes.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
