Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our early-stage tech startup in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will generate sales leads, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. We want someone who can sell, with a verifiable history of great results.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct presentations and sales pitches to showcase our value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Work closely and provide market feedback to the product team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, such as industry forums and conferences.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a tech startup.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in increasing revenue and expanding the customer base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
