Job Description
Location: Marina, Lagos
Salary: N400,00 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Cereals.
- Lead and mentor Territory Sales Executives and Distributor teams.
- Meet and exceed volume, revenue, and KPIs.
- Optimize the route-to-market for enhanced retail coverage.
- Drive promotional plans and trade initiatives effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales dashboards.
