Job Description
Numero Homes Global Resources is actively looking for an IT Officer to manage the technology infrastructure across our organization and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing computer systems, ensuring robust data security, and providing technical support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system and network issues for employees.
- Implement data security measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Assist with digital platforms and IT-related projects.
- Document IT systems and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, along with security protocols.
