Job Description
A Fibre Service Fulfilment Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless implementation and delivery of fibre optic services to customers. As a technician in this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fibre optic connections.
Key responsibilities:
- Install and activate fibre optic connections for clients.
- Perform tests to ensure the quality and reliability of connections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fibre optic networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve service delivery.
Required qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- Experience in fibre optic installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of fibre optic networks and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
