Job Description
Eden Oasis Realty Limited, Nigeria’s largest commercial and residential real estate sales organization, is currently seeking an Accounting Officer to join our team. As the market leader in Nigerian real estate, we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers through effective communication, honesty, and safeguarding the interests of all parties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate company account records
- Filing required tax forms and other financial obligations
- Processing tax payments and returns
- Reconciling accounts payables and receivables
- Ensuring timely bank and payables payments
- Computing taxes and preparing tax returns
- Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conducting monthly bank account reconciliation
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Financial data analysis and tax management
- Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Educational Qualifications:
- HND / B.Sc in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Certification from any relevant professional body is an advantage
